Untimately, my aim is to have a discussion on different engaging skills that will build a bridge between the two different species: techies and the business community.
One goal is to initiate a conversation on the soft skills needed to engage the business community from the initiation through implementation of key IT projects.
The other goal is to take the reverse communication role. I want to help the business communicate with IT (or how they refer to us…geeks).
My dream is to help everyone build better IT systems that are flexible for business growth. With the failure rate rising, and a clear indication that it relates to Business/IT communication, let us use this blog to discuss ways to engage both sides.
