- It builds loyalty — business users actually look forward to the next time they need to work with you. They are happy and may even ask for you to work on the next great project.
- It creates positive memorable experiences that will be retold to other business users time after time.
- It makes business users promoters of your efforts.
- It leads to referred work.
- It makes it harder for coworkers to steal away good projects.
